Getting started
To join Soulfy, simply download the app and sign up for an account. You can create a profile, start participating in chats, and begin connecting with other users right away.
No, joining Soulfy is completely free. You can create an account and start exploring the platform without any upfront costs.
Absolutely! Soulfy allows users to personalize their profiles by adding a profile picture, preferred language, and other relevant information. On Soulfy, every user remains anonymous. We prioritize user privacy and does not display personal identifying information.
Browse chat room options on the “Discover” page, and when you find one that you feel interested in, send an invite along with an opening message to the room owner. Once they accept, a private chat will be opened visible on both profiles.
Alternatively, go to “Create” page to open your own chat room for others to join. You can view, accept or decline invites on the “Chat” page.
A one-minute countdown timer appears when users first connect in a chat on Soulfy. This brief period aims to encourage initial conversations and allow both parties a chance to genuinely introduce themselves. After the timer ends, users are then free to decide whether or not to continue chatting as long as both mutually agree. Frequently starting and leaving chats within this countdown may impact the user’s ability to connect with others on Soulfy.
If within the one minute period, either person finds the other’s behavior to be inappropriate, they can choose to report the user with evidence. The safety of our members is top priority.
Signing up on Soulfy is simple and quick. You just need to link your account using one of the popular social platforms – Facebook or Google. We will also ask you to read through our user agreement and terms of service, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The only required information for your Soulfy profile is a profile photo, username and preferred languages. These help other members identify you and add you to their connections.
Beyond that, you decide how much or little additional information you’d like to share on your profile including your gender and location.
Reward Program
Credits can be earn by active participation on the platform. Every time you participate in discussions and positively interact with your community, you have the opportunity to earn more credits.
Higher earnings are available by focusing on activity levels, chat quality, and ensuring high satisfaction amongst your chatting partners and friends.
Tiers are like levels within Soulfy’s rewards system. Each month, your total credits earned will decide what tier you land on. Higher tiers mean better cash rewards! Your tier is calculated based on your total credits earned between the 1st-31st of each month. To level up, aim to hit the credit thresholds by the monthly cutoff.
Rewards are settled each month based on credits earned from the 1st-last day. Payouts are typically deposited to your linked PayPal on or after the 26th of the following month.
Payout timing depends on when our platform partners release funds to us. We distribute as soon as received, but delays are possible due to non-working days, holidays or issues beyond our control.
Your total credit is reset to 0 at the end of each month. This is because tier levels are determined by monthly credit balances. Resetting allows fair assessment of each new period’s engagement for tier placement and rewards.
Simply go to “Reward” page on your profile and complete registration process. There may be some simple account verification needed. We like to know who our members are, so we might kindly ask for ID to match your real name with your profile. Additionally, having a linked Paypal account enables financial interactions within the App. Don’t worry, linking just gives us permission to pay – we won’t be posting or spending on your behalf.
Not only can you earn credits directly from engaging with new people, but you may also sometimes receive gifts from grateful chatmates as a thank you for connecting in a thoughtful way. Longer, more meaningful discussions where both partners feel understood tend to result in higher value gifts being sent as a way for chat mates to show their appreciation.
Referring friends who go on to join Soulfy through your personal referral code is another great way to earn bonus credits in support of growing the community.
In Soulfy, gems and diamonds act as currencies. Gems can be earned by all users through ads, daily login bonuses up to 500 gems, and paid purchases. Subscribers gain exclusive access to diamonds. These currencies unlock features like refreshing matches, enhanced profiles, and gifts for chatmates.
Watching video ads rewards immediate gems. Logging in daily replenishes 150 gems up to the 500 gem maximum. Users can also directly purchase gems or diamonds for instant access to more site capabilities and gifts.
Run into trouble?
Go to your profile and access your friend list. This will display your full list of matched connections. Find the person you want to unmatch in this list. Next to their name and profile photo, tap “Unmatch”.
Please note that unmatching will permanently remove this person from your friends list. If you later change your mind and want to reconnect, you would need to send them a new friend request which they would need to accept.
On the login page, please tap “forget password”. We will send an email to the email address you provided during registration for verification purposes. Please check the email and follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification process. After completing the verification in the app, you will be able to reset your login password. Once you reset a new password, you can login to the system with your updated password.
If you did not receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact our online customer service for assistance.
If another Soulfy member is harassing or threatening you, you can report them by providing details about their behavior and how it violates our community guidelines in an email to [email protected]. When reporting content from a conversation, taking screenshots of any concerning content before it can be removed will also be useful.
Our team will review the report and take appropriate action like warnings, restricting content, or closing accounts if warranted. Your safety is important to us. Don’t hesitate to speak up – together we can build a respectful space for all.
If you believe that you were wrongfully reported, you can appeal the decision. Submit an appeal through our Contact Us form describing why you believe your content complies with our guidelines.
Our team will review your case and respond regarding the status or reinstatement of your content.
If your Soulfy account has been banned or suspended, you can appeal the decision by contacting our support team. Submit a request through the Contact Us form explaining what happened from your perspective.
